Comment from Beverly Van Zyl Palm Harbor, FLover 10 years agoThe owner of Tarpon Furniture, Bruce D. Weintraub and us has worked out a resolution for the chair #2150. I spoke to the sales rep of the manufacturer for the chair and found out it is not made with a handle only a pull. I was given the wrong information by Tarpon Furniture employees. Bruce D. Weintraub said he will now pick up the chair and refund our money in full.

I have found that he has used several last names that owes the same company (Wine, Weentraub, and another one). He has several complaints about his company. He has been sued several times in several counties. DO NOT GO HERE! JUST BEWARE OF THE COMPANY!! I just want my money refunded in full.

They have deceptive sales tactives, taking advantage of customers, misleading. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ESLE TO BUY FURNITURE. YOU WILL BE MUCH MORE HAPPIER. HE HAS BEEN SUED SEVERAL TIMES & LOST. LOOK ONLINE ABOUT HIS COMPANY AND HIS LAST NAME, HE HAS SEVERAL LAST NAMES!

He has or had several companies’ complaints and lawsuits: BBB West Florida, People Claim, Yelp, Pasco County Civil Court, & division of Consumer Services. Companies listed Bruce D. Weintraub. I am having major troubles with the company. This is their mistake. DON"T BUY THERE! U WILL BE SORRY!
